I'm not sure if there's anything we can do and this is purely rumors that I have heard or at least so I thought. there's a person who goes around the college's here at Burlington only on full moons. now I didn't believe this until my buddy came to me one night after being on campus late at Champlain college while he wasn't injured there were massive cuts in his clothes looked like a rather sharp knife had cut through his clothes. whatever did this to him moved fast and wore dark attire purposefully trying to hide, I'm not sure there's anything we can do but the authorities can't help without proof that this thing exists

Maybe you can look for the slasher with a drone, that way you can get video evidence from a safe distance. If you don't have a drone (cause i imagine that most people do not) you should ask any local dollars in the area if they do. This sounds like a group effort.

According to the dollars map, there are a pair of dollars in Plattsburgh, and a whole bunch in Montreal, just in case you need backup.

Nothing new but things have yet to get worse and no new reports that I've found or heard yet
