You can also avoid food waste when you're buying your food:
-Don't go shopping food with an empty stomach, you'll buy more than you'll eat.
-Make a list, this way you will not wander in the market, you will buy less things you will not eat.
-Be careful with the eat-by date:If you're going to eat it immediatly choose a short eat-by date, this way the market won't have to throw this product away. But If you're going to use it later take a longer one, you will not throw it because the eat-by date is past.
There's some apps that help you doing your list if you need it.
You can also promote those ideas around you, telling your families and your friends!
