As a university student that suffers from both stress and anxiety, I find it helpful to just talk about whatever is causing said stress/anxiety.

So I figured why not start a thread where people can just talk about things that are causing them to stress out. For example this past week, I studied for a chemistry test three days straight (still feel as though I failed it though).

If you are stress out about something, please try to talk about it can help a lot.
