I'm sure a majority of people here enjoy their time on the internet. Well if you haven't heard, the Federal Communications Commission is trying to pass a bill through the United States Congress to repeal net neutrality rules established by Title II of the Communications Act of 1934. If these laws are repealed, this would allow internet service providers like Verizon and AT&T to charge users on a site by site basis. Basically, they'd make micro-transactions for accessing the internet.

If you have a minute to show your support of keeping net neutrality laws, here's a site that sends an email to your local politician:

Or you can do a google for countless petitions and put your name on a list. No promises that it doesn't also add you to a watch list. Have fun getting pre-check through airplane security ever again. Only kidding, hopefully.
