hey I'm not really active on this group but I had an idea that I thought would be great. since this is such a large group of people connected without really knowing everyone I thought it would be a good place to start our own media service. kind of like kick starter we could take people's ideas for news or products and stuff and based on if the group likes it we can share it across the web considering the groups size we could help a lot of good things grow.

I think this could be a good idea, but in order for people to get onboard, you'll need to refine your plan and present it more clearly. Right now it seems a little jumbled, which can be confusing, especially with such a large number of people! :)

You should rewrite your idea proposal and clearly state what you'd like to do and how you're going to do it. You should also think about the types of items you'd like and how you intend on getting permission to sell them. You should also invest some time looking for someone who can help you organize such a thing.

This may sound like a handful to do, but once you put in all the effort, you will see that you'll run into fewer problems in the long wrong.
