people in ct. USA are doing major drugs I say we go out and teach them not to do drugs to make the world a better place also we have no leader so lets do this

You can't simply teach people not to do drugs. I'd say 90% of the time something happened that scarred the person and caused them to turn to drugs, because something is killing them inside. I think sometime it is boredom, but not very often to be honest. Partying and Problems don’t mix too well in the long run either if you ask me. Anyway…most of the time it start with cheap and light stuff (alcohol, for example, is a legal drug, don't forget that) but when it doesn't help anymore or those troubled individuals know other citizens who do hard drugs they might start taking heroin, coke and so on too. My point is that you can't simply teach people not to do drugs but rather tell them about the negative effects, consequences and establish organizations where people with problems, no matter which, can get support and help so their problems, that cause many to do drugs, can be solved before they resort to self-medication.

If you truly want to make a mission out of it please suggest concrete plans/suggestions on how to do it.
