Yo guys! I came up with this idea after having been friends with some depressed people and having come into contact with them. I just wanted to talk about how we joke about depression at times and don't take it seriously and don't understand what it really is. There are so many people out there suffering like with mental disorders and it's our duty o help them. Even though I know that we all would try to help anyone suffering from a mental disorder I would like it if people commented about their personal experiences with it so as to help people who are suffering from depression and let them know that they are not alone.
