Deviant art hosts a special Card Project every year and I thought that the Dollars could participate!
Basically you create a card in whatever design you want and send it in, DeviantArt then gives the cards out at hospitals worldwide!
If you can't/don't want to make a card then you can buy one too (just be sure to doodle in it to show it's personalized).
I hope as many Dollars as possible can join in!
