Hi! Um, actually I got inspired from Emma and BarabiSama idea. And I'm sorry if I do not have a good grammar! So, here's my idea.
*buy a notebook. even a small one will do and you can buy a black notebook.
*then you write about yourself and the dollars and about a character you found interesting in Durarara.
* insert a quote from the anime
* insert something after that like "dear stranger, you can write something in this notebook too. Everything and don't forget, ask the person who will pick up this notebook to do the same. farewell!"
* put the notebook anywhere you want as long as that place has many people .

Hey that's a great idea ! But you know if you put it in a crowded place and some idiot find it they will think that you're just (sorry for the word) an idiot who's just dreaming about anime. I'm really sorry but that's the cruel reality.

Instead you probably should do the same thing without talking about an anime character. Talk about yourself and ask the others about themselves. I know you wanted to talk about durarara but the simple thing of connecting lot of people with only a book is incredible.

And you also should ask your closest friends to write after you before you pass it to the people... you know if someone found that not only one person adopted this idea it will have much more chances to work.
