I'm not sure if anyone else has done this, but a wish tree is a tree (usually in a public place) where everyone takes a tag, writes down a wish, and then attaches it to the tree like so.

The basic idea is that everyone needs a place to express themselves, and to hope for the future. I was thinking of buying some tags like these and then just leaving them on a tree near a university with a sign explaining what to do. Would you guys do this?

I feel like I just want to place a wish tree sign to a random tree in town and start the trend. That would be so cool if others joined in and it became a trend in my area! maybe I should put "From the Dollars" after the wish tree sign, that might raise awareness of our community?

Im gonna do it up here in Aberdeen, we got a lot of messed up junkies here so hopefully they don't just write "I want some meth" haha. Definitely gonna start this thing up, ill make like ten fake wishes so people notice it then others may add onto it.
