This may sound like an odd mission, but it's fairly simple and it can definitely help people!
I recently befriend an incredible person who is transgender, transsexual, and depressed about it. So here's and idea: find people you know are like this. Tell them it's okay for them to be who they are and they matter in this world- that they shouldn't hurt themselves. Play psychologist for a while and listen to their problems. "You have no idea how lonely I've been waiting for someone to understand and I feel so much better!" Is what he told me after our talk. Go ahead and try this, tell me who you helped and what happened! :D

I totally agree with you. There's a lot of people suffering from depression due to the state they were born and raised in!
