Would anyone be willing to help my friend report something? The Bundy protestors that have been frequenting the area around the Justice Center have a horse with them. Not only are they not cleaning up after it, but more surprisingly, this poor animal is improperly shod for concrete. They have been riding this beautiful animal around the Federal buildings, and it spends most of its time there standing on Concrete, which I know can be very damaging to a horses hooves if they don't have the right kind of horseshoes.

My friend had left a message with the Portland Animal Welfare team, but she is not sure where else to report this to.
