Lets do a trade, a trade wwill strangers. stangers who might want something else than what they have.
I've been dealing with alot of friends telling me, Mizuki, i dont like my skin, i dont like my hair, i dont like how i am so sad all the time, etc.
so lets get to the point, lets trade with others, for something they dont want that we want.
1. make a poster named Lets Do A Trade, enough space for many sticky notes to put on it.
2. write the rules on the bottom. but be sure to write it in a place where sticky notes wont go on.
3. hang it up where it is legal and easily seen by others.
4. remember or take a picture of the sticky notes you started with.
5. wait after a certain amount of time, and go back to see the difference.
RULES
1. have sticky notes and a pen/pencil
2. the person must write down something they see in themselves that they dont want
3. they must take a sticky note that they want but dont have
