Hello everyone. I'm the very first of the official Dollars on Guam, an American island territory far off in the Southeast Asia part of the Pacific.

Over the past two weeks alone, we've had bomb scares numbering in the THIRTIES, soon to break the FOURTIES. 90% of these threats have hit high schools, middle schools, hell, even ELEMENTARY schools across the island. (An early demographic of when there were only 22 threats is shown.)

It may be a stretch, but there was a Twitter account that called itself the Ev4cuati0n Squad. It took credit for every single threat, including one in Missouri, before the account was taken down. It seemed like nonsense at first, but then a PasteBin circulated for a few days, that advertised his "services" in return for BitCoin, probably over the Dark Net.

I don't expect you guys to be able to do much, but there aren't too many of us here, and we could use all the help we can get. If anyone can find information on this Evacuation Squad or anything that could help us catch the idiots who are pulling us into chaos, that would be greatly appreciated.

Please help a newborn sector of the Dollars make its first great impact.

They hit many stores/malls and a few hotels.
They have an infobroker on their side telling them when the places are busy. I would help and hack them to know where they are going to hit next, but it may take up to a week or two. But my guess is they are going to try and get a very popular company and bomb their main building, which may or may not be in america

the group on twitter known as the Ev4cuati0n Squad were asking people on twitter in France and the UK what businesses and schools they would want bombed. im doing some research on the group and the bombs to see if I can figure out anything on where their next target may be. if you know anything that may be of use contact me at kanra4u.dollars@gmail.com.

these schools in the UK and a few more are getting threats as well. hopefully, someone with more information and intelligence can try to draw connections and sniff these bastards out, if not, at least alert agencies about these connections

Be careful what you search on the Internet, your government might put you on their watch list

If governments have the time to bother with spying on denizens trying to bring down a cyber terrorist, they should be using that time *on* the terrorist.

I wish I could revel in all the amazing feedback that this mission is receiving, I'm like overflowing with such humble appreciation ;w;

But that comes later. If you're a fellow Dollar and you're following this full thread, then you're only scratching the surface of what people like the Evac Squad are terrible enough to commit to. As amazing as it would be, we might not be the ones to take them down, but helping others along the way to doing so is just as important!

Which brings me to an extra phase of this mission: *Becoming the Driving Force.*

People who aren't publicly speaking out against those who collaborate with the Evacuation Squad probably do so because they simply believe it wouldn't amount to anything. Let the Dollars be their voice! As anonymously as you can, advertise around your community that the Dollars are on the hunt, and their target is the E-Squad. Anything from dropping notes, posting flyers, or using your Dollars email to contact people will leave an impact.

I'm going to post this simple flyer (picture shown above) all throughout my school and the local mall starting tomorrow. If anyone would like to, you're more than welcome to use it yourself. Share it on social media, if you'd like to use it that way!

Some german schools are a target too, i believe. As far as i can tell, these guys are mostly aiming for schools or other places that are important to society. Europe is the biggest hit theyre doing, but possibly, they may aim for an asian country. The hacking didnt work so far, but im still working on it.

Guam is a lonely little island 20 miles by 30 miles wide, including the bays and beaches. Imagine how hectic fifty bomb scares is for us.

I am also a Dollar of Guam, and I agree that this needs to stop. I am lucky enough that my school hasn't had any bomb scares/threats. I am not sure if I can find anything on this Evacuation Squad, but I will try my best!

No, you probably are. My friends and I just recently found this site and became Dollars. :)

Basically every school has gotten a bomb scare, yet I have a theory.
Maybe some students at certain schools are doing threats to have free days off of school, and example of this is Simon Sanchez. They had no school for 2 days which was probably caused by the bomb threats.

I think I know a way to take them down. What if we make a fake offer to them for a bomb threat while someone in the Dollars tries finding out where their emails are being sent from. If we do that then we should be able to figure out who is doing them.

There are two things we need to be careful of if we do decide to do this. There is a possibility that whoever starts messaging Evacuation Squad and tracking the emails could be in danger themselves. We'd need member that wouldn't have a problem with that and it'd probably be best if members who were near other Dollars could do it. That way if something goes wrong other Dollars can help out.
I'm sorry if I sound like I'm getting to into this but I'm just trying to explain the idea in full incase everyone were to agree to use this against them.

I'm not dumbing down the idea, but I don't want to excite or even worse turn away people with grand plans we won't even execute. That kind of networking skill isn't common, so I doubt we have a Dollar or an associate who can do that. That sounds like something one would reach out to Anonymous (y'know, the hacker folks with V-for-Vendetta masks) for, rather than get the Dollars directly involved with.

Are there no new updates? I've gotten nothing in my email and there's no recent posts here, so it feels as if this missions is dying out.

I know they're still out there hitting targets, Guam hasn't ended its fair share of bomb scares. I refuse to sit idly by and be silent about them. :(

Im still in, We wil need people though I would not have much of a problem of cantacting them I just need someone to track them down. Someone skilled these people have already eluded gov. officials :)
