Wow! I stopped adblocking on Youtube (sorry youtubers, you didn't get money from me watching your videos). I know it's really mean to do that to the youtubers I love (and some of them do amazing things) but there are some youtubers that I don't support and I click out of curiosity (or on accident) and I can't allow specific Youtubers. However, as I've said, I recently had to stop with adblock because it causes issues with the video (which is okay, I love the youtubers I support). But I reinstalled Goodblock (even though I don't get hearts for the ads that I do see for some reason). And it doesn't affect the Youtube videos at all!
As Bob said here
>>16 ads don't make a lot of money, and this just means that the little bit that ads to make will go to a good cause. If there's a site that does good things and you love it, then whitelist it. I do that for the Youtubers that I support. Otherwise, each ad you see (a few cents) will actually go to a better cause, charities.
>>17 Compared to adblock, at least Goodblock allows money to go somewhere with a good cause. Most of the sites I use don't really use ads (other than Youtube), so for me the only difference it makes is the fact I can click to see an ad every day. Since Goodblock doesn't affect youtube for some reason.
