Heya boys and girl! Shiro here :D
Way back when we used to have a popular thread concerning cleaning up graffiti and other sorts, but it has been lost in time.
This thread has been created for the purpose of missions related to cleaning up areas in any way possible, that might go under:
*Cleaning Up graffiti
*Picking up litter
*Repainting walls
*Fixing up vandalism
*covering graffiti with much more pretty art and other sorts
and any other related topic.
There have been many threads stating about cleaning up graffiti and cleaning up polluted areas.

A note about graffiti.
Some people actually pay to have murals on their walls.Plese do not paint over them.Some may actually be art.If it's what they're ( in the picture )cleaning up , then yes! *u* Please do clean it up , but if it'sgood street art, please keep them up. They are pretty , and lighten up the mood. (you have to be pretty stupid to erase a master piece , so don't worry about it )

I'd probably say to just clean it up, last thing you want is another gang finding you tag their graffiti with pretty art.. It's nice and all but be careful out there.
I'm also pretty sure this already exists somewherebut, don't really care to look for give you crap about it.

I must admit, sometimes I rarely look at the ground to find litter, but just yesterday I found a beer can on the ground at my apartment complex and I picked it up and threw it in the dumpster. Somebody sitting on their porch was eyeing me weirdly, probably thinking the beer was mine, but I don't care, I did a good thing and will try to find more litter to throw away in the future.

There's an app that I have a lot of fun with that encourages you to pick up litter- it's called Litterati. When you find a piece of litter, you take a scenic picture of the trash, upload it with some tags, and pick it up and throw it away. It turns litter-picking into a game! Students at one elementary school used the data from the app to convince their principal to stop ordering straws for lunch service, which were hardly used and just ended up being littered all over the playground. It's worth downloading, for sure!

The only problem with this cleaning mission is, that if you clean up the wrong graffiti, you could piss off the wrong people.
You know, graffiti is kind of a way to mark a territory as property of a certain gang.
Cleaning up graffiti is like pissing in someone else's territory.

Not a bad idea. There's often graffiti where I drop Dollars Pockets (the Bento Box version). It would be easy enough to carry a can of model paint with me to spray over some of it. I wish I was a talented enough artist to make a full mural over it instead.

It's often dumb to try and clean up grafitti. Grafitti isn't inherently bad, and if you do manage to clean it up, it'll probably just get grafitti'd again. I understand painting over hate symbols, but painting over art or signatures is silly. Stick to cleaning up litter and other objectively good things.
