Hi, I don't know if I should be saying this or not. But pornography is a real issue these days. It may seem okay but it's really not. I know that there are a lot of people who like Yuri and Yaoi and such and I can't tell you what to do cause you make your own choices but, well it's addicting. I've done some research and it's been proven that well it's worse than heroine. Pornography is a drug in itself. It's dangerous because anyone can get a hold of it. I um don't really want anyone to get hurt reading this if you do like Yuri or Yaoi, it's okay to like those but when you are reading the really bad stuff that's not good. So please if you do have a pornography stuff or think you do then please seek out help on some support sites. I know this may be dumb in some peoples eyes but please just consider it. Okay? I've had family members suffer through it and they always regret it when it gets down to it. Please consider and at least check out some sites. I'm sorry if I've angered anyone.

Hey, no need to get apologetic for being concerned about people. I would have to agree, even; it's a pretty serious issue that has an impact on your relationships with those around you.

Self awareness, proper guidance and also discipline is the answer. I admit I like yaoi but keeping things to a minimum and also keeping them away from younger audience could help.

Hey, honestly, is it really that bad? To the choice of a person? Is it like, a medical condition? lol. I don't know how bad it gets, but I've also heard that sex is healthy? speaking of health wise. Oh, but growing population is bad. Sex is bad only because of aids and other type stuff. And even hard rape that kills people I heard. But really, can't be teaching kids at such a young age. At the same time, you want to teach them that it's not a thing to be necessarily disgusted about. But yeah, to a minimum. Haha, I saw from a book that a doctor had, it was a weird book teaching kids that it's nothing to be ashamed about. Bleh. Got me kinda off about life. But makes me feel mature at the same time. Heh.

If you can, I think there are organizations formed around this , that could accept donations.
And, yes , this being taught at school ( most schools , with good funding )However, I've heard that some states in the USA doesn't have it on the curriculum .

I don't really think that pornography, yuri or yaoi tend to really create addiction, at least not in everyone; in fact, you can be addicted to many things such as sugar, junk food, cigarrettes, comics, alcohol, drugs, gambling, etc, and each one of them are too bad (those ones are even worse and dangerous). Everything in excess is bad, but I don't see high rates of "pornography addiction" such as cigarrette, drugs, or alcohol addiction. It's not like pornography has any chemical that produces addiction just like cigarrettes do (although, it produces endorphins that may cause addiction in some individuals who have a psicological profile that allow such addiction). My point is that not everyone tends to develope addiction for pornography, I think it's more psicological.

I actually deleted my porn folder (well, fetish stuff, really) before I came on here today. I think I'll try and quit now. Thanks!

I don't agree that pornography is an issue, personally I think that I would have gone crazy being as lonely as I am without it. It's just a tool to aid masturbation, are you making a point against that as well?

I'm pretty sure alcohol addiction is more of a bigger problem than pornography.
