So, basically, on Google search or something, to stop people from getting to whatever terrorism site or whatever they have, and just be annoying to anybody trying to contact terrorists by flooding the results with this image. Correct? It's a good idea.

I have considered that. If somebody wants to help or learn by researching the bad things terrorists do, good for them. And this would get in the way of any of that, because of keyword:ISIS. The thought of trying to cut off people who want to join a terror group is great, hence support. But, it will also cut off the good knowledge, as you said. Basically: good general idea, but it has a bad side to it.
Is there another way to help the situation? Stop terror, without withholding knowledge?
