I had an idea. This year we can go caroling, but after we finish singing we can ask if the people would like to donate to a cause of your choice. We could raise lots of money this Christmas by caroling if we all do it this year!

Sounds like fun and if we can gather up some other dollars in our area we could all go together. I'll definitely do it this year.
