Hello! I came up with an idea for a mission which can take place starting on monday. I've seen a great diversity of missions here at the dollars, and I think they're great. But what if we all come together and each day, for one week, we complete a specific mission. One mission per day with it's own pourpose, and you can share a photo of youself completing the mission, on social networks, and ALWAYS add #Th.D in the end.(just imagine then when people click that hashtag, they'll see numerous posts) I have a one-week plan in mind(with missions varying from cleaning the streets to spreading happiness), and let me know if you agree so I can share the whole idea with you guys.
P.s- As far as I've checked the previous threads, I dind't came along to a similar idea, and I'm sorry if it's a repetition, but even so: the good never is enough.

ve got to admit its very unique and creative. I like it but one part, I'm not entirely sure I like the hash tag. Now first of it doesn't say our name. So I could go along with it, but then again it does give a slight hint. But who knows someone could blatantly mention they are a dollar member in their post. Regardless of that one point, I love it. But for a week long mission, it should planned out and not simply made to go off at the beginning of the week. But I do love the idea and its great that you are thinking outside the box.

How about start of the day with something simple. Like cooking pancake.

Monday:Cook pancake for someone (courtesy of the Dollars)
Tuesday:Buy a kid a loly or something
Wednesday:?
Thursday:?
Friday:?

I'm not sure of the hashtag either, so if anyone comes up with a witty and catchy hashtag, I'd be glad to accept it. And yeah, that's why I decided to introduce you to this misssion now, so we'll have the time we need to prepare it. If not ready the next weekend, it will on the other one. All that's lacking are people, so please all of you who are reading this, feel free to give your opinion, and create something remarkable.

2.Tuesday-share a photo in a social network of a place in your city/state that you like a lot, and add some info of it. We can all learn something from different places and cultures.
3.Wednesday- no to procrastination! Spare an hour or so of your day and move that body. Wether it's running, dancing, gym,yoga or whatever, JUST DO IT!
4.Tuesday-Think green! I say this in general and the choice is yours, you can either recycle, plant a tree, clean a specific area in your city, don't take the car for a whole day ecc.
5-Friday-Always wanted to help others? Today take the first step to raise funds for a specific cause, like donations for some families in poverty, the orphans,becoming part of The Red Cross as a volunteer or start discussing about visiting the asylum of the elderly people and organising a fun day for them.
6-Saturday- (i don't have any idea for the moment)

Because we are in the internet it is easy to put blame on a certain organization. Like i can say some old lady got hit by a bus then blame it on the Dollars. Totally my opinion.

Can someone explain to me why we don't want the Dollars to be known? Isn't it beneficial that more people know about this site so it's more alive and stuff like this or of greater significance can be organized every time on a bigger scale? Excuse me if i'm missing something or i sound like a total douche

Hey. I think your idea is great, and I would have an addition for Saturday. How about we - just saying - go and help somebody we don't know? Like helping and old lady with a bag or help somebody search for something they lost, stuff like that? There are always people that need help, and if we were not oblivious, we could see them one every corner...

That idea sounds great! It's good to use social networking to our advantage.

1-Monday- A sweet start! Cook a pancake for breakfast… Many recommended this, think of how boring monday’s mornings can be, all late and grumpy, about to go to school/work. So this Monday wake up early and fresh and make yourself a sweet nice pancake!

2-Tuesday- A big world! Share a photo in a social network of a place in your city/state that you like a lot, and add some info of it. Always remember to put the hashtag #DWOM (Dollars Worldwide One-week Mission) in the end. We can all learn something from different places and cultures.

3-Wednesday- Book donations! Donating a book can sometimes be as essential as any other donation since it feeds the need for knowledge. So today everyone can send a book to “Books for Africa” organization. Mail them to this address: ‘Books For Africa Warehouse-Atlanta

Today I made my first pancakes ever. (So proud of myself.) They don't look good enough to be shared with a photo (xD) but they are very delicious and I still got some left which is perfect because tomorrow I got an annoying seminar all day. Pancakes will make everything better. :) Plus I will think of all you nice and fancy people while eating them.

I like the idea, however our point is to stay anonymous, so lets not post the picture of us and the hashtag, but other than that yea it is a pretty good idea

I did this mission but i didnt see no one else doing that i even put an hashtag on instgram the problem is the hashtag was already a thing diferent from what we want it to be

I reckon if we can do a big enough one the first time it'd be associated with us. I'm planning on doing the Sunday one (handing out compliments with the hashtag on and the slogan) at a comic-con to get a load of people
