Okay so I had in mission in mind, but it only concerns those who can sing, play an instrument or have a band.
Basically, the idea is to hold a "concert" on the streets for free, for the homeless who have no chance whatsoever to go to a concert. But then the songs would have to be cheerful, because the main goal would be to cheer them up and to tell them to never give, no matter how many obstacles they will have to face in the future.

I have friends and family in bands, I could try to create a benefit concert going towards donating to the homeless! or I could hold a thing at the park and promote it with fliers made at my school! I like this idea, so I'll see what I can do :)
