There seems to be a holiday or awareness event related to everything these days, but it's hard to get the word out. These can include charity marathons (Pink in the Park), anti-cutting art campaigns (The Butterfly Effect), color events (Wear it Pink, Lilac for Alzheimers, etc), and more.
