Hello everyone, it's been a while since I've been here last, but here I am again and I'm calling out to you for some urgent help.

There’s someone very important to me who is going through a hard time.

She’s the most important, most beautiful, most amazing person I have ever known. I’m not ashamed to tell you that I love her with all my heart.

She’s the most precious person to me in this world.

Recently, her mother passed away…and if that wasn’t hard enough she’s going to have to move—away from her school, away from the life she knows…and her dad isn’t allowed to go with her.

Her father, who is the only person she has left.

In order for this not to happen, she needs at least $1,000.

I’m doing all that I can to get her the money, but I just don’t have enough.

Therefore I’m opening commissions in order to raise money for her.

As always realism is always done in traditional paint, but anime and chibis can be either digital or traditional.

While yes, it may cause people to flat-out donate, Minguchi did offer commissions. She was willing to work for the money. Never did she even ask for plain donations - in fact, in the original post, she only offered commissions, without giving out paypal info or anything - only her contact information for commissions.

On top of that, there are people here that are willing to vouch for her sincerity. Unlike anon, we are familiar with her integrity. I understand that cynicism is the latest fad and white knighting is a thing lots of kids like to do these days, but perhaps you need to read into a situation more than jumping onto the first convenient excuse to shoot it down.

Okay let me explain this is a little further.

My friend's Aunt is willing to take her in, but the father isn't allowed to go because it would be "Too much money" (as the Aunt says).

I want the two of them to stay together without needing to move. They're working on getting her grandma to move in with them (who will bring in money) and hopefully her father will find work again. However, in the mean time they need this money to pay off the rent in order for her not to have to move in with her Aunt and thus lose the chance at living with her father peacefully.

I'll ask all now, nicely, that you stop this argument on the thread, whether it be 'for' or 'against' what I'm doing.

This issue is important to me and deals with someone I love...if you believe you can help out then by all means buy or spread the word. If not, please be on your way, because regardless of what anyone thinks, there is someone suffering out there. Someone that I care for deeply, and no amount of arguing is going to change that.
