I didn't go through all these pdfs and they're not the same as the textbooks I used when I studied psych (since those were physical books), but these might be along the lines of what you wanted?:
Therapy stuff:
- Comprehensive textbook of psychotherapy: http://ndl.ethernet.edu.et/bitstream/123456789/57634/1/4.pdf
- A Therapist's Guide to Brief Cognitive Behavioral Therapy: https://depts.washington.edu/dbpeds/therapists_guide_to_brief_cbtmanual.pdf (but keep in mind there are many types of therapy besides CBT and what is helpful is different for each person)
- Theory and Practice of Counseling and Psychotherapy: http://perpus.univpancasila.ac.id/repository/EBUPT190498.pdf
- The Basics of Psychotherapy: An Introduction to Theory and Practice, Second Edition (this one's just a part of chapter 1, but it's directly from the APA so if you like it enough you can buy their whole actual textbook I guess): https://www.apa.org/pubs/books/Basics-of-Psychotherapy-Second-Edition-Ch1-Sample.pdf
Relationship stuff:
- "Understanding Ourselves and Our Relationships" Chapter 9 of Psychological Self-Help by Dr. Clayton E. Tucker-Ladd:
https://www.psychologicalselfhelp.org/Chapter9.pdf
- The Psychology of Close Relationships: Fourteen Core Principles: https://static1.squarespace.com/static/504114b1e4b0b97fe5a520af/t/58b9a5f015d5db4eae3f8e4c/1488561649567/2017_FinkelSimpsonEastwick_AnnuRevPsych.pdf
- Intimate Relationships by Rowland S. Miller: https://mog.dog/files/Intimate%20Relationships%20%287th%20Edition%29%20-%20Rowland%20Miller.pdf
None of these free pdfs I found are the latest editions, so do keep in mind that there might be newer studies that provide different information about stuff. If you end up liking any specific topics, you can search Google Scholar (https://scholar.google.com) for any scholarly articles, although keep a look out for their dates published too.
If you need help finding more specific stuff, it might be easier to find. Hope this helps!
