Hey can I get any advice or pointers on how to write something worth reading? I've never tried it before and I feel like it would be cool if I could write something people like reading

check this out^^^ shes one of my favorite authors, you dont have to like her books to know shes pretty good.
also before just writing a book and never publishing it, you can try uploading some stories online just to practice writing (like fanfiction, short stories, poems whatever) ppl use blogspot, tumblr or archive of our own i think its called. Having others / online beta read it and making friends to help collaborate ideas
really help practice your skills. reading other books helps too, i dont know that much but my sister is an author and would suggest these, practice a ton
