Hello~ I'm writing a short story where the female protagonist is facing racism because she's a different race. I know I can come up with a ton with the amount of documentaries out there but I wanna hear the Dollar's stories.

I went to a really small high school in the U.S... out of the 70 kids in my grade, there were only 2 of us asian kids..
so when I was in high school, there was a guy in my class who would always hit on me... It made me uncomfortable because he'd do it right in front of teachers (-.-)

I finally asked him why he did that and his reply was "I like you cuz your asian.."

it's not mind-blowing, just really personally upsetting :(

What race is she going to be, first off? I can only tell you what it's like to experience racism as a Black woman and maybe my other friend's experiences.

>>2 that's less racism than personal preference, also if it made you uncomfortable, you should have just told him to stop, if you never told him to stop before that than how can you in any way actually expect it to stop. Sometimes people are assholes, deal with it.
