this is a wonderful book of dark poetry. it takes a few reads to get the underlining meaning, but once you get the hang of it, it all makes sense!

Ohh.. I first knew about it from the manga Aku no Hana. The poem has some resemblance to The Song of Solomons which speaks of desire as well but in a joyful tone whilst The Dancing Serpent seems to speak of seduction and enchantment. I dunno how other people would interpret it
