I was wondering since there are a lot of Otakus/Weaboos on here, maybe we should share our favorite mangas? And I think, just to be fair, you can't include the Big 4(Naruto, One Piece, Bleach and Fairy Tail) because they'd dominate nearly every list! So here are my top 5 in no particular order:
1) Shingeki no Kyojin
2) Kaichou wa Maid-Sama
3) Kuroshitsuji
4) Kuroko no Basuke
5) Toukyou Kushu (Tokyo Ghoul)

I'm a big shoujo manga fan; so big that the list was too short for me. Perhaps my only shounen or diverse manga is the first on the list:

(1) Bleach
(2) Kaichou wa Maid-sama
(3) Kimi ni Todoke
(4) Love So Life
(5) Faster Than A Kiss
