I want to be a Language Arts teacher someday. My mentor once told me, English teachers are writers who weren't good enough. I don't think that's true, because he also told me I have the potential to be either. I think everyone has that potential. Share your poetry with me, I'd love to read it. I'll start.

Her dedicated feelings
Defy all gravity
Silence breaks
When her voice is heard
Rarely people desire more
Than motionless strides
Powered towards nothing
But her outline screams acknowledgement
It is sympathized
How she reaches for a reality
Incapable of being grasped
By trembling smiles
And shaky hands
For that is all she'll ever be
