I'm curious as to who else is participating in National Novel Writer's Month this year. For those who don't know of it, it's an event where writers across America (and perhaps other countries, I'm not sure) all attempt to write their own novel in a month, with pep talks from authors, word count goals, and graphs tracking progress.

This is my first year doing so, and I decided to reach out to see how others are doing. What's your goal? How on track are you? What's your story's idea? Any troubles?

I'm also participating in NaNoWriMo this year, but I can already tell that I won't be able to write 50,000 words. (Please do not say motivational stuff to try and encourage me -.- ) Which is actually fine with me since I've been busy with school work among other things...

Although one thing that NaNoWriMo has helped, is that I've finally come up with a concrete story to write about, and I plan to continue the story (instead of giving up halfway like I always do).

Still have a few kinks to work out for the storyline/backstory/characters though...

I'm sort of confused when it comes to this. I read the terms and conditions on the website but it doesn't really let bygons be bygons and some of the sentences I couldn't understand. I would love to participate in this but my stories aren't exactly for kids and that seems to be all it allows. So, I don't know can I get some sort of clarification on this, Hinotot?

How's it coming along, Hinotot and Hakuro? Any thanksgiving-themed ones out yet?
