I love writing stories and poems, but my problem is I have bad grammar, and I always have a problem trying to explain what I want to say... I missed my writing test by half a point...I really want to pass it and write poems and stories that make since... Is there anyway someone can suggest me ways to practice?

Writing doesn't always have to make sense, write the words that make sense to you, but try to think about what you are writing from the readers perspective, as well as from the perspective of the characters in the story. I can relate to having grammer problems, and besides a good spell check program the best way to fix that is to reveiw what you write several times, eventually you will imrpove if yopu just keep writing and reviewing.
