Unlike the inspirational quotes thread, these ones don't have to make you feel better about yourself. Heck, it doesn't even have to be a quote. You know when you come upon something in a book and you just have to stop and think about it? Maybe it's about how profoundly stupid our world is, or about something that's just wrong. I don't really care, everything is up to you to decide. Whatever it is, it should just make you think.

I'll start this out with a quote from Johnny the Homicidal Maniac. Johnny is screaming at God about all the things that have gone wrong with the world, keep in mind, Johnny is a serial killer who hallucinates. Even the little things he mentions are just more of what is wrong with our world and society. "Do you have any idea what's going on down there?!! Hideous things!
