Has anyone read nightshade? Wat did u think of it?

It's a one-line thread on a literature board and written in improper English. Why would anyone with common sense try to comment on it whether they read it or not?

Alright, I'll talk about the book. I haven't read it and won't bother to because no image OR description was posted. Nightshade also sounds like the title of a cliche vampire novel, IMO.

I agree with Bread, the name sounds pretty lame like a Twilight (which is already shitty) ripoff. Also like he said it really helps when you at least provide an idea of what the book is like.

I don't understand your logic on how graduating means your grammar is allowed to slide. I graduated High School in 2006, and I don't type like that. I'm just trying to understand the correlation between the two thoughts and how it justifies it, color me intrigued in the thought process.

Oh my god. It's about a girl who can transform into a wolf when ever she wants. She has a pack. And is set to be marry a alpa male. Because obviously she's the alpa female. But she saves a boy that eventually goes to her school. He likes her. But if you don't read it whatever. I like it.

Yes, this is entirely obvious to all of us who haven't read the book. In fact, we all knew the plot line behind it by instinct from the moment we were born.

Whether you like it or not, if you want people to read it or discuss it with you, then you should put up an image of the cover of the book (optional), and a summary of the book or a review of it (required).

Otherwise, you get threads like this.

"omg liek i red dis bok did u lik it 2?"
"No. what is this about? What's the plot? What the hell are you talking about?"

Lack of information and terribly made threads encourage people to actively not read a book. Or play a game. Etc.

Don't get pissed at us when we ask for a summary that should have been posted in the initial post. Every single one of our boards all follow the same pattern for topics like these, there are dozens of examples of this.

It doesn't even have a damn wikipedia entry (there are some for Nightshade, but none about a werewolf book), so either it's not the good or so underground only a few damn people know about it. So yeah when you have books as little known as this book seems to be, you definitely need to post more than just the name.

Ok lets pretend we are at the very beginning when this topic was first created and no one else responded and we still didn't know what this book is about.

Ok instead of using wikipedia, yes I could have used something else, for arguments sake lets use amazon.com since they have the Kindle which is an electronic reader. I type in Nightshade and narrow to books only and here are the results. You get 7 books out of the 12 shown on the first page called Nightshade. Remember in the first post she never mentions this is a series, so we can't narrow it down to "Nightshade Book 1, Book 2, etc." So how are we suppose to know which one you are suppose to be talking about. For all I know you are talking about the one by John Saul. This is our point of why adding descriptions and such are vital to these threads.

Yeah I read the summary for the game. But it doesn't sound like a game I would play. Sorry but I don't like playing games where you are a half naked chick killing zombies. I'd rather play left for dead. Because none of the characters are half naked.

Last night I finished nightshade and started wolfsbane. Zombies coming out of paintings and status' coming to life. What the hell? But yet really amazing. Omg I love it.

on the third book. its freakin amazing. can't wait till rift (prequil) comes out.

finished the last book. freaking awesome books. wish the writer would contiue with the series. it would be awesome. contiue to follow Sabine and the searchers.
