So there was a piece of paper with a dollar in it and it said “From: The Dollars”. I It also said “password: Bac_ano”. I looked up dollars and came across this website. I looked up the password cause the password in the paper was incomplete. My question is, what is this website?

Hey dude welcome to the dollars! This is like your normal message board but it's from an anime. The anime is called Durarara. If you haven't watched it I suggest you do and then you'll get the jist of this. But in short, it is a message board that you can talk to random people about stuff with.
