Hello, Unknown. To answer your first question, this board is really what you make of it. Find things that interest you, and be active in the forums that fall under the umbrella of things your into. There are a number of ways that you can chat with other dollars. At the top of the web page there is a tab called chatrooms. Go ahead and click that and pick your poison.
