Hi! New Dollar here! Glad to be a part. Who is the leader?

Mr/Miss Takano, I will inform you that there is no particular "leader" of the Dollars at the moment (to my knowledge.) There is the creator(s) of the website, but I don't believe they do a lot of orchestration, at least the kind you were probably expecting.
There aren't ranks, but there are people who have been on the website longer who could be considered "veterans" I guess.
