There are no "main people" behind the dollars, apart from Reltair the admin. Everyone is a member on the same level as the others. There are some names you'll see pop up more often, like Shiro's, Findmuck's or Chronos', but everyone in the dollars contributes in their own way, may it be through answering people's post on "Personal", making sure the site stays well organized by dealing with trolls, making suggestions to improve the dollars in the "Suggestions" section or by making/completing Missions in the "Missions" section. Which brings me to my next point. If you want to see concrete actions from the dollars or people trying to send out our message to the world, that's where it's going to be: in the "Suggestion" and "Missions" section.

There are. There are the mods. Nobody knows who they are, because they don't tell you. Maybe they are somebody who is always in the background and never searches for attention. Maybe they are the persons who are always saging threads and say that something does not belong here or there. I don't know. But there are definitely other people than Reltair who are able to permasage or delete threads.
I heard that one of the mods name was Ayanavi, but I don't know if this is correct.

there's admin with username Reltair and there are mods, maybe there's only one mods or maybe hundreds of thousands of mods

Furthermore, you don't need to "return with a new name" for you don't need your username as mod.
I mean, you don't say "This thread got permasaged by mod XY", you just permasage the thread and no user knows who did it.
