Just mess around until you figure it out XD everything is pretty much organized for you, there's the random section, mission board, etc. At the very top, next to the Dollars logo, there's Home, About, Chatroom, Help and Updates, you can go hang out in the chatroom, as the name entails, chat with other members

I curiously looked to see if it existed too and I'm so glad it does! It was cool that they used Baccano as the password.
Read through the FAQ thread it has gold dust information there ;)
