You see, I just finished watch DRRR and I thought it would be fun to google the Dollars. To my surprise, IT WAS REAL. This is so cool! I didn't know they actually made this site a thing! I'm new and I'm not entirely sure what you can do on this site, but I love the fact that this exists! ^-^

Oh yeah, and my favorite character in the series is Mikado, so if anyone want to have an in-depth discussion about him that would be great!

Oh, and I guess my favorite character would be...Yumazaki Walker maybe? This is purely based on interest. If I were to go by who I personally liked, it would be Izaya (which is a popular choice, I'm aware) because of the complexity of his character and how much theorizing can be done with him! Not to say the same can't be done with Walker, but that's why I love these two!

They can be really scary at times though.... as for Izaya, I'm fairly conflicted between amused and irritated by his character. At times he can be hilarious, and without him DRRR would be fairly boring, but he has done some stuff that really pushes the envelope for me. Like when we learn about Masaomi's past and his relationship to Izaya...

The fact that they can be scary is also a type of mystery. Those two are the only "normal" people of the series, yet they can harm others without batting an eye - makes me wonder about them. And about Izaya, I can see how it would be irritating, a lot of people dislike him because he's so....manipulating, but that's a part of his charm to me! Not to say I condone his behavior.

I guess I could see how you like them.... as for the "scary" mystery, I think it's interesting how they are able to pull off hurting others without much emotion. But what really kind of scared me is when Mikado stabbed a pen through Aoba's hand with this dead look in his eyes, and then 3 seconds later he starts apologizing and bandages his hand.

I guess it was the fact that he shifted his mood so suddenly...

I was also disappointed in that as well... plus at the end, he just seemed completely out of his mind. He was trapped in the delusion that he could just get rid of all the "bad" Dollars... he was so focused on that he just seemed crazy... plus his attempted suicide was a HUGE letdown. They really could have done more with him...

Woooaaahh, he attempted suicide? I guess it's not a surprise that I don't know. I dropped the series when Izaya was no longer there because he was the main thing keeping me interested. And yeah, I predicted Mikado becoming crazy. There was something about his character and his "hero" like ideals that didn't always sit right with me.

Yeah, I realized he was going to go off the handle at the start as well. No one can really be that polite and straight-laced, and Mikado really wasn't. Also, for the attempted suicide... that was after he shot Masaomi because he realized how far he was willing to go in search of an interesting life. He didn't want to end up destroying everything he cared about just for something interesting so he shot himself in the head to avoid ever going that far. He actually did succeed in shooting himself in the head, it's just that Celty managed to save him somehow... as for Izaya no longer being there... I don't remember that. When was he no longer there? I remember distinctly at the end of the show he was in a final battle with Shizuo...

Oh, you're talking about then! I remember that part...I thought you meant like in the latest season or something. I was just confused for a moment then, I zaya was definitely there.

If I recall, the second season was split into 3 parts. There was shou ten and ketsu. At least that's what I heard. I watched all 3 parts. So, there is no more after that? NOTHING TO SATISFY THE GAPING HOLE IN MY HEART?!

Ohhh! Well if that's the case, then no, there is probably no third season as of yet! Whoopsie~
