If you are using the term "stuff" to refer to your dollars e-mail, then I suppose where you left it is an acceptable place. From what I've seen, most create their own thread to introduce themselves and post their dollars e-mail.
If you are new and haven't done so, I advise reading through this link: http://dollars-bbs.org/main/res/1403233707.html It's lengthy, but it helped me get a good feeling for how things are run here.
