If you check the "sage" box, then that means the thread won't go back to the top of the page. If you "bump", then you take a thread to the top of the page without actually writing anything to answer the thread. You can also put "/sage" if you believe that a certain thread isn't where it is supposed to be. Hope this helps!!!
