Hayo! There is probably many like me who watched DRRR back in 2010 and saw how this website came to exist. Thing is, I never actually used it and occasionally went in the chatrooms they linked. I was super excited when the 2nd season finally came out this year. So this summer I got curious if this was still active. To my surprise it still was and it made me want to join this community. So here I am, almost 5 years late to the party!
I already checked some threads out and actually looking if there are any of the Dollars near me where I am. I live near Montreal, by the way.
OP, the same thing happened to me! I only joined about a month ago or so.
If you want to find other Dollars near you, click the "Countries" forum (you can see it after you click Main). Then, once you View All Threads, you click Ctrl F and type in the name of where you live (Montreal).
It'll show you a ton of people where you live! Hopefully that can get you connected.
