The basics of what we do here is impossible to say because, there's nothing really basic about it. But under each of the tabs on the left, if you scroll down just enough you'll find out what you can do for each topic you're into. But if you just want to chat then click on "Chatrooms" which is at the top of your screen and then click on "Durarara chat" and then just make a profile so you can make a room for people to join.
