Its really hard to tell. Theres some that come and go, others just browse and stay silent, others are sometimes active, and theres the ones that are always active.
Yes yes it does. The IDEA came from Drrr but this is not a fan site.
Yes, thats what the "missions" board is for. You dont have to but you have the option to help.

Ah, thank you for the response, I also read the FAQ. It seems people have longer attention spans here than elsewhere on the internet, but then again I don't yet have an accurate depiction of this website. Regardless, it's nice to meet you, and I may see you around.
