Heya Mizu! I'm "new" here too! Well, I was a bit active in the dollars-group.com version before it got closed down... *sigh*
As of now, the Dollars site is like a mix of Reddit and 4chan, but with chat rooms as a bonus. Nevertheless, people tend to RP a lot in the chatrooms, but there are other users that don't.
Feel free to post something AT THE RIGHT category (you wouldn't want to tick off senior members!) if you want to contribute to a thread or start your own. Annd... That's it!
BTW I'm friendly too~ But I'm more whimsical than most if I say so myself.

Have to agree that the chatroom is crowded with people RP-ing. I don't hate RP, but I don't enjoy it that much either.
