im new to. but from what i can tell its a site where you can chat and post on forums. theres various topics that one can read about and discuse if you want. but it was inspired by the online group in the anime durarara. the site doesnt really have any unified goals or leadership. its a site for peeps that just want a place to do what they want, within reason that is, lol
