I was in doubt whether there are different passwords but from what I've seen in anime, should be just that we know.!

sadly all my friends hate anime and they always make fun of me for it but as i can see your friends are interested so if you want a friend to join just like alister said show em DRRR and if they like it let them join but the anime might make em think of us alot more as a gang not a group/society.
