Hey guys, I have spent a long time trying to decide how i would do this, but I've decided to just go with it, and post something. So hi guys, I'm . I joined after watching durarara, after witnessing the power that the group had and the influence it imposed, I decided to Google the name "The Dollars" to see if a similar website existed, and that's how i found this! Im 15 years old and I live in QC Canada. On that note, I was skimming through the posts on the main page, and I was just wondering if anyone could point me in the right direction for alerts and updates, and also if theres anyone else in the montreal area who are part of the dollars!
Ok so a little bit about me. Probably the biggest influence in my life has been video games, and the internet. I've been gaming since i was, oh say, 3? and i was introduced to the internet at a pretty young age too. I've witnessed to power of the internet, and the power of many ideas rassembled into a group, but I've never actually been a part of it. so that's what I'm hoping to do here. I want to stand up for something, part a part f something and take action!

Welcome to the Dollars-BBS twentyfloorsabove! Be sure to read the FAQ on Main, be careful of creating/posting in duplicate threads, take note that this isn't a DRRR! fansite, and most importantly have fun! While we have no formal rules, we do have very easy to follow guidelines that help to keep the site neat and tidy.
Aside from the formal stuff, it sounds like you'll fit in nicely around here. If you're looking for something to do, I would recommend hitting up the Missions sub-board on Main. And if you're looking for other members that live in or around your area, try the Countries sub-board(be sure to use View All Threads, located on the right side of the screen, to avoid any unnecessary thread creation) that can also be found under Main.
There should also be something about a texting group already in motion somewhere around here(I think it's in Main, but it could be in Technology as well, not sure).

well ive tried out several texting group threads, none of them have worked for me. in different ways that i am to tired to explain right now... are you part of one that has worked?

Nah, texting groups aren't really my thing. Some of the groups have either been disbanded or have just run themselves into the ground due to inactivity.
Though I'm not too keen on the specifics.
