Welcome to the Dollars! I've seen worse English, so don't worry. Check out the FAQ thread on Main and go to the Countries Board and used the Countries Board Index thread to find the thread for Germany (DO NOT CREATE A DUPLICATE THREAD).
I suggest lurking around and reading threads for a while to get a feel for the site and how things run around here. If you can do that and avoid posting duplicate thread or posting threads in the wrong board, then I'm sure you will do just fine. If you do mess up, you will probably be raged at; but don't worry about it too much, just learn from any mistakes you make. Again, welcome!
