I still do not understand what it is dollars, anyone can explain?

'The Dollars' is a fictional internet group original from the anime 'Durarara!!' witch purpose is to do good, small things anonymously and make a better world. But don’t get me wrong, we’re NOT a fansite of ‘Durarara!!’ nor we’re trying to be just like the original Dollars (although some members actually DO good things that you can check on the Missions board if you want), we’re just a bulleting board site where you can talk with other people and share your opinions.
